Flocy is a lightweight and elegant AI creative tool that specializes in converting ordinary portrait photos into delicate vertical short videos with unique floral crown visual styles. The application provides a simple and efficient creation workflow, allowing users to import portrait images, select preferred motion styles, and generate artistic flower crown video clips within a few taps. All finished creations can be locally previewed, saved to the device gallery, or shared on social platforms according to personal needs. Flocy adopts a completely user-oriented local service logic, focusing on providing safe, private and personalized AI video creation experience for every user. Flocy does not require any account registration, login verification, identity binding or personal information submission of any form, enabling fully anonymous usage throughout the entire creative process. Flocy exclusively utilizes independently developed Flocy AI technology for all image analysis, motion fitting, visual style rendering and video synthesis procedures, and does not invoke, access, rely on or cooperate with any third-party AI algorithms, third-party cloud rendering services, external technical interfaces or third-party data processing platforms. Flocy never uploads, transmits, synchronizes, shares, forwards or externally stores users' original portrait photos, imported image materials, personalized style selection data, temporary rendering cache files, and final generated video works to any third-party service providers, public servers or external platforms. Flocy adheres to an extremely strict zero-collection privacy standard for all user facial and biometric data. Flocy will never collect, scan, detect, extract, analyze, record, identify or store any user facial feature information, facial biometric data, portrait recognition data, facial contour parameters, self-portrait data and any other personal biological identifiers. No facial data will be used for matching, comparison, user profiling, commercial analysis or model training in any scenario. This policy applies to all functional scenarios of Flocy, including image importing, AI video generation, local work storage, content sharing, cache cleaning and in-app purchase services.
Flocy is only available for users aged eighteen and above. All individuals who download, install and use Flocy's creative functions, coin services and subscription features must reach the legal age of majority in their respective regions. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing and using this application. We do not provide any functional services for minor users, and we will permanently restrict device access once minor usage behavior is identified. All creative behaviors, operation records and usage responsibilities are independently undertaken by adult users.
The entire creative generation process of Flocy is completed through self-developed AI service system, without any participation, assistance or intervention from third-party technical services. All image optimization, dynamic motion calculation, floral crown style rendering and video frame synthesis are operated in a completely closed local service logic. There is no external data transmission channel in any core functional link, ensuring that all user creative materials and private content will never be transmitted to third-party institutions, service providers and network servers. Flocy's independent technical architecture completely avoids the risk of user privacy leakage caused by third-party algorithm invocation and external data interaction.
Flocy does not integrate any third-party face detection tools, third-party image analysis services and external biometric identification systems. All visual processing and dynamic effect generation logic are independently researched and iterated by the official Flocy technical team. The application only processes the overall visual effect of the user's uploaded portrait photos to complete flower crown style rendering and natural dynamic video production, and does not involve any third-party data processing behavior.
Flocy implements a permanent zero-collection and zero-storage mechanism for all user facial information and biometric data. When users upload portrait photos for flower crown video creation, the self-developed AI engine only performs overall picture style adjustment, global dynamic motion fitting and visual atmosphere optimization. It will never actively scan facial features, extract facial key points, analyze facial biometric characteristics, and build user facial feature databases. All user uploaded portrait materials are only used for the single video generation task actively initiated by the user. After the creative task is completed, all temporary image cache and intermediate processing data will be automatically cleared by the system. Flocy will never retain user portrait data, store facial feature information, or use user facial data for algorithm training, technical iteration and commercial utilization. Users' portrait privacy and biological information are completely protected throughout the whole process without any leakage risk.
Flocy supports full anonymous usage for all users. Users can use all core creative functions, coin consumption functions and sharing functions without submitting any personal identifiable information. The application does not collect user names, nicknames, geographical locations, contact information, device information, network IP addresses and usage logs. All user operation behaviors cannot be associated with any personal identity information.
All user uploaded photos and generated video works are stored locally on the user's device by default. The built-in Works page adopts a neat two-column grid layout to manage all creative works, supporting preview, local gallery saving, content sharing and independent deletion. Deleting works in the app will not affect the video files that have been saved to the local photo library. The Clear Cache function in settings only cleans up temporary running files generated during AI generation and will not delete users' saved creative works. All local creative data is completely controlled by the user, and Flocy will not actively upload or back up any user private content.
Users shall use Flocy for healthy, positive and legal personal creative creation only. Users are fully responsible for all uploaded image materials and generated video works. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, generating, editing, saving, exporting and sharing any pornographic, vulgar, obscene, violent, bloody, terrorist, illegal and socially inappropriate harmful content. Users are not allowed to create any content that violates public order and good customs, infringes third-party portrait rights and intellectual property rights, or contains false and misleading information.
Users must only upload portrait images that they own or have obtained complete legal authorization to use. Any legal disputes and liabilities caused by unauthorized material uploading and illegal content creation shall be independently borne by users. Flocy does not actively monitor users' local creative content and does not transmit any user private data to third-party services, but we reserve the right to terminate usage qualifications for any illegal or improper usage behaviors.
All user uploaded original images and AI-generated flower crown video works are fully owned by the users themselves. Flocy will never use user creative content for AI training, technical iteration, commercial promotion and public display, and will never transmit user creative works to any third-party institutions. Users have complete independent control over all local creative content and can freely save, export, share and delete personal works.
We reserve the right to appropriately optimize and update this Privacy Policy according to product iteration and functional upgrade needs. Updated policy content will be displayed on the in-app settings page and take effect immediately after publication. Continued use of Flocy after policy updates will be deemed as acceptance of new terms. All policy updates will never change Flocy's core privacy protection commitments, including independent self-developed AI service operation, zero third-party data transmission, and zero collection of user facial and biometric information.
