This User Agreement defines the official usage rules, service scope, functional standards, and user responsibilities for accessing and using the Flocy application. Flocy is a professional AI creative tool dedicated to converting ordinary portrait photos into exquisite vertical short videos with unique floral crown styles. The app features a simple creation workflow, allowing users to capture portraits via camera or upload images from the local gallery, select different motion presets, and generate natural and delicate flower crown video clips with one tap. All generated works can be previewed locally, saved to the device photo library, or shared on social platforms. Video generation consumes in-app coins, and new users can obtain initial starter coin balance for creative use. Users can purchase additional coin packs or activate official subscription services to enjoy exclusive creative privileges. Flocy does not require any account registration, login verification, identity binding or personal information submission of any form, enabling fully anonymous usage throughout the entire creative process. Flocy exclusively utilizes independently developed Flocy AI technology for all image analysis, motion fitting, visual style rendering and video synthesis procedures, and does not invoke, access, rely on or cooperate with any third-party AI algorithms, third-party cloud rendering services, external technical interfaces or third-party data processing platforms. Flocy never uploads, transmits, synchronizes, shares, forwards or externally stores users' original portrait photos, imported image materials, personalized style selection data, temporary rendering cache files, and final generated video works to any third-party service providers, public servers or external platforms. Flocy adheres to an extremely strict zero-collection privacy standard for all user facial and biometric data. Flocy will never collect, scan, detect, extract, analyze, record, identify or store any user facial feature information, facial biometric data, portrait recognition data, facial contour parameters, self-portrait data and any other personal biological identifiers. No facial data will be used for matching, comparison, user profiling, commercial analysis or model training in any scenario. By downloading, installing and continuously using Flocy and its related functions, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted all terms of this User Agreement.
Flocy is only available for users aged eighteen and above. All individuals who download, install and use Flocy's creative functions, coin consumption services and subscription features must reach the legal age of majority in their respective countries and regions. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing and using this application and all built-in services. The app does not provide any functional support or service privileges for minor users. We reserve the right to permanently restrict device access and terminate all usage permissions once minor usage behavior is confirmed. All creative behaviors, operation records and usage responsibilities are independently undertaken by adult users.
Flocy grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable personal license to use the application on personal mobile devices for individual non-commercial creative purposes only. All intellectual property rights of Flocy are fully owned by the official team, including self-developed AI rendering technology, exclusive floral crown visual styles, program code and functional logic. Users are prohibited from cracking, reverse engineering, disassembling, modifying, copying, renting, selling and commercially exploiting the application and its internal resources. Users shall not use third-party plug-ins or abnormal technical means to interfere with the app's normal operation and creative generation logic. All creative processing and video generation procedures rely entirely on Flocy's self-developed AI service system without any third-party technical participation and external data intervention.
All core creative processes of Flocy are completed independently on the user's local device. Users can freely upload qualified portrait photos and select suitable motion styles to complete personalized flower crown video creation. All generation tasks are processed locally, and users have full control over the entire creative process. The self-developed Flocy AI engine only performs overall visual style optimization and dynamic motion fitting on the uploaded images, without any facial feature extraction, facial biometric analysis, portrait identification and facial data storage behaviors. No user creative data and private portrait content will be transmitted to any third-party institutions and external servers.
Users shall ensure all uploaded images are clear and compliant for normal AI generation. Failed generation attempts will trigger coin refunds in accordance with official rules to protect user asset rights. All temporary cache files generated during operation can be cleared through the cache cleaning function in settings, which will not affect users' locally saved creative works.
Users must use Flocy for healthy, positive and legal personal creative creation only. Users are fully responsible for all uploaded image materials and final generated video works. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, generating, editing, saving, exporting and sharing any pornographic, vulgar, obscene, violent, bloody, terrorist, illegal and socially inappropriate harmful content. Users are also forbidden to create content that violates public order and good customs, infringes third-party portrait rights, privacy rights and intellectual property rights, or contains false and misleading information.
Users may only upload original portrait images that they own or have obtained complete legal authorization to use. Any copyright disputes, legal risks and liabilities arising from unauthorized material uploading and illegal content creation shall be independently borne by users. Although Flocy does not actively monitor users' local creative content and does not transmit any user private data to third-party services, we reserve the right to permanently terminate user usage qualifications and restrict device access once any prohibited behaviors are confirmed.
All static portrait photos uploaded by users and all AI-generated floral crown vertical video works are fully and exclusively owned by the users themselves. Flocy does not obtain any ownership, usage right, dissemination right or commercial authorization of user creative content. We will never use user uploaded images and generated video works for AI algorithm training, technical iteration, commercial promotion, public display and data analysis, and will never transmit user creative content to any third-party institutions and platforms.
Users have complete independent control over all local creative works. Users can freely preview, save, export, delete, organize and share personal works through the app's built-in functions. Deleting works within the app will not affect the video files that have been saved to the local device photo library.
We reserve the right to conduct regular version updates, AI effect optimization, functional iteration and bug fixes to improve user creative experience. Updated content may include visual effect optimization, motion style upgrade and system performance improvement. After the new version is released, updated functions and service rules will take effect automatically, and continued use of the app constitutes user acceptance of the updated services. All product updates and service adjustments will never change Flocy's core privacy protection commitments, including independent operation of self-developed AI services, zero third-party data transmission, and zero collection of user facial and biometric information.
We reserve the right to revise and optimize this User Agreement according to product iteration and service development needs. Revised terms will be displayed on the in-app settings page and take effect immediately after official publication. Users' continued use of Flocy after agreement updates will be regarded as automatic acceptance of the latest agreement terms. All agreement revisions will not weaken the core privacy protection mechanism and independent AI service operation rules of Flocy.
